1. Click "Settings"

Navigate to the "Settings" section.

2. Click "Manage Product Tags"

Access the "Manage Product Tags" option.

3. Adjust the tags and description to fit your needs

Each line is a new tag, for each tag, follow the format of tag:description. For example General feedback: Any general observation or feedback

4. Click "Apply changes"

Save the changes by clicking on "Apply changes.

5. Select the records that you will like to extract insights from

Normally these are user interview transcripts, or notes from interviews

6. Click "Extract Insights"

Select "Extract Insights" from the options.
